The music school operates on a semester basis. See calendar for fee and length of each Semester.
You will be billed per semester. A minimum payment of $150 is due at the beginning of each semester.
Any balance due will be billed in 30 days.
There is a $25 registration fee, per family. Billed annually.
Your time slot will be honored every week for every month of the year, unless we are notified otherwise. If you choose to take the summer months off, we will do our best to honor your slot for September.
Cancellations
Each student is allowed ONE excuseable cancellation per semester. In which case you will receive an $18 credit towards the next billing period. NO CASH REFUNDS will be extended. One lesson credit ONLY.
If your instructor should cancel, your account will be credited if a make-up is not possible by semester end.
All holiday closings will be announced in advance.
Inclement weather closings will be announced on the day in question.
RECITAL - SATURDAY MARCH 27, 2010
Our annual recital is held at the Salem Community College. START TIME IS 11am. The Recital is free to all. Unlimited seating is available. All family, friends, and relatives are welcome (as well as video cameras.) Dress is Casual. All students are encouraged to participate regardless of their level. This is meant to be a stress-free, performance opportunity that allows our students to network with other students, while feeling the excitement of a playing on "big" stage. A grand piano is provided. As well as guitar amps, bass amps, and Drums. Instructors will discuss details with students a month prior to the date.
